I met with FAP ITALIA for the first time in 2016 when I took on the responsibility of being in charge of European supplier management. We have been working together ever since. What particularly impressed me about FAP ITALIA is their quick response to our requests, always on-time deliveries, and close cooperation with Paola. Together we have built a relationship of mutual trust. For any of my needs, no matter how ‘special’, I can count on them. FAP ITALIA is the perfect partner. I am responsible for following up on production and monitoring deadlines (KPI-Key Performance Indicators). I have had some problems with other producers in the past: they would not respond quickly to our questions and would simply pass their problems on to us, leaving us to deal with them ourselves without any help in solving them.

They were not meeting delivery deadlines, which negatively impacted our sales plans. They were not taking responsibility for delays, as they should have. With FAP ITALIA I have never received any complaints about quality issues. Meaning that they have always provided belts that lived up to our expectations. In all the 8 years of collaboration, FAP ITALIA has always met 100% of the delivery terms. Even when we have asked them to move up the deadlines, they have done so. FAP ITALIA’s customer service is excellent in terms of speed of response and problem resolution, especially when we particularly needed it, saving us valuable time and a flurry of emails back and forth to monitor different situations. I would definitely recommend FAP ITALIA as a trustworthy and reliable supplier.
