I started the collaboration with FAP ITALIA in 2017. Until then I had only purchased belts in Japan and China, never in Italy. But when I visited FAP ITALIA’s booth at the MIPEL Leather Goods Fair in Milan, I got a very good impression from all the staff, and Paola in particular. Honest, kind and punctual people. Because we are a Japanese company, we have difficulty finding partner companies in Italy for reasons like quality, punctuality and accuracy in drafting customs documents. Japanese international customs are very taxing and finicky. Quality and punctuality are MUST HAVE characteristics for us Japanese, and they have them both!

Japan is a very demanding market. It demands quality products at low costs, and on-time delivery. For these reasons we have always had great difficulty in finding the right partner for us. In addition, language is a major obstacle. FAP ITALIA is a reliable partner who meets our needs and respects delivery deadlines. Also, I have never had a problem getting feedback from them, even if it is urgent. I never had to call them back.
