I met with FAP ITALIA in 2011 during my collaboration with the brand ‘Dsquared2,’ so we have known each other for 13 years. Giorgio’s professional seriousness and experience convinced me from the first meeting to entrust him with making my belts. Unfortunately, like many, I have had negative experiences with other providers in the past, and I have been burned. As happens with all new suppliers, even before starting the relationship with FAP ITALIA I had the usual doubts about reliability and seriousness. I rate the quality of FAP ITALIA as special; very good at all types of construction, for both classic and more ‘ fashionable’ looking belts, with refined and special workmanship. Very reactive and responsive to all requests.

Delivery times are always met. Super-fast, flexible and responsive for the sampler. Development record: I showed up one Saturday morning with a sample to make for a fashion show, and by noon I was backstage at the fashion show with the belt made. I love FAP ITALIA’s customer service. Their approach is always proactive and serious, but with the polite lightness that makes the job enjoyable. FAP ITALIA’s ‘Perfect Stitching’ system amazed me: I saw firsthand what everyone has been asking for forever! What can I say: pure love! I recommend FAP ITALIA, as I always have, to anyone who wants to make belts, whether they are my clients or simply friends who ask me for advice.
